Indeed, in our mind and in reality, most of what was natural in and around the Detroit River is gone. Yet special places exist alongside the concrete, steel, and groomed gardens of this vast metropolitan area, North America's only international wildlife refuge. A place where wildlife and humans can meet. Come and connect with nature!

School District No 68 (Nanaimo-Ladysmith)
This school board is the most disorganized out of the 3 school boards I’ve had to deal with in the last 3 years. One was out of province. The 2 I’ve dealt with in BC have been hard to deal with! So many bullies in this province. Hard to get anyone to listen to concerned parent let alone do anything about it. Things need to change. So much crime and bullying at the schools. #bcgovernmentneedstochangethis
